In 3 weeks I will be 1 year out from WMM. I was a slow healer but it happened. It takes time!!! Huge  victory!. Today, not only did I do the six-hour drive to DC, I did all the driving and I walked all over! I walked up all 87 steps of the Lincoln Memorial just to meet President Lincoln. A year ago I was in the hospital. A year ago I could never have done this nor imagined that it would EVER be possible for me in this life!!!

My Apple Watch recorded my steps and I got a message I have never seen before! NSR and a nice easy HR all day. Life is good! And oh, the cherry blossom trees!!!
